Returns Policy

 Make sure that you have the following information:

1. Order number
2. Your name and address, including post code
3. Contact telephone number
4. Email address
5. Reason for return (Wrong item shipped, Defective item) 

A representative from Life Behind Barz will assist you on the return policy. We will not refund any item(s) unless authorized through (misterms.nf@gmail.com). Once approved, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition. Re-sellable condition means that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original labels.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-sellable condition. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us.  Life Behind Barz does not pay the shipping for returns.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  Following receipt by Life Behind Barz, it may take up to seven working days to credit the purchaser's account.

  DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received and is damaged or defective please email misterms.nf@gmail.com immediately with a description of the issue and any photos of the damaged/defective items. Include your name, order number, and phone number.  

NO Exchange, Returns or Refunds of any Gourmet Sauces, Condiments, or Spices.

Backordered items can take up to 7-14 business days to ship from date of purchase.
